OK, so you know these scenes in the Thor 2 trailer.
So they were filmed October 21st, or about a month before they filmed the rest of the scenes in Greenwich. People thought it was just 2nd unit filming, but then we have Darcy and whoever that dude is. Yet nobody mentioned them when they were filming. Seems like the sort of thing you’d mention given how Darcy is one of the main cast… So after looking through some pictures online from that day of filming, I finally found them both.
Can you see them? On the end.
They even have that weird protractor thing with them. Did people already know about this or…?
Looking back on the Thor 2 trailer, I noticed something odd…
Figured I’d take photos of these while I was upstairs. It’s fake glass and a small piece of rubble I picked up from the Old Royal Naval College after they’d finished filming Thor 2 there. How’s that for weird behaviour?
So they had a bus hanging about in Greenwich University for ages, separate to the 722 bus. I never really gave it much thought because it was just there, and wasn’t used for anything. However, it’s now been used in filming over at St. Pauls instead. Problem solved!

came across a video on Youtube, it's a kid's video of supposedly Thor 2 filming outside his home in Hayesborough (?). He did a couple of videos but none of them can I tell anything from. They've been filming there for several days and nights from what the kid has said. Anyway, thought you might want to know (though you may not be able to get close enough for pictures either). I can't include the link here but it's called "first video of Thor 2 in action"
Took a while but I found it, thanks. I read about this yesterday actually, but didn’t realise they would be filming outside. Thought it’d be inside. I don’t know if the town is just called Hayes, but the nearest train station is Hayes & Harlington. I was going to go, but it would take over an hour to get there from Surbiton, and didn’t think it would be worth it in the end… I mean I could go tomorrow, because I’m only going to be in for like 15 minutes (dissertation meeting at 9, ugh!), and I don’t want to spend £16 just for that. So depends on how I feel I guess!
It’s been a week since they wrapped up filming on Thor 2 at Greenwich. Sigh, what else is filming in London at the moment…

Yup, they’re taking down the set now…
Nooo, they’re clearing away the Thor 2 set in Greenwich! Well, it’s good news for the students because the filming seriously disrupted getting anywhere on time. But I was hoping it would end next week! I have a small glimmer of hope that they’re just clearing away the set so they can film some pre-crash scenes or something, but that notice in the chapel about filming until 4th December has now disappeared (which upsets me because I was going to ask someone whether I could be weird and keep it…), so I doubt anything else is going on. Sigh…
Because I don’t think I’ve ever taken a photo of this without anything in the way…
